My tactical approach

Right now I am playing 4-3-3 like this:

I am playing mostly counter attack with long passing and wide.

So my defenders and midfielders will play long balls in the opponents half. Mostly to the SS. Then the SS will flank the ball in the penalty area. For this playstyle I decided to put, if possible, weighted pass on my defenders and midfielders. And even more importantly Pinpoint Crossing on my SS.

Also I put Man Marking on my defenders. I am not sure, but my impression is they defend a bit better and closer with that skill.

Right now I am quite happy with my tactic. The only thing that is bugging me is that the flank from one SS normally ends up with the other SS and not with the CS, which would be better, cause they normaly better with headers. But yet I have found no solution to solve this.
